Our recruitment process


AW(TC) EUROPE's recruitment process is aimed at the following goals:

- Offering career opportunities to our personnel: all job vacancies are published internally for 2 weeks and are dealt with in priority in order to give a rapid answer to our colleague and prepare as quickly as possible his/her transfer to the new job.
- Ensuring fair and equal treatment for all. As a sponsor of diversity, the HR team will consider your application first, making judgements on the matching of your profile with the open position based on the priory set selection criteria only. The Human Resources introduce suitable candidates to the requesting manager. A refusal to continue the process with a candidate must be justified by the requester with valid arguments.
- Keeping you informed. As a candidate, you will be informed of the various steps as you pass them through the recruitment procedure. This can take some time depending on the circumstances but you will be informed.
- Transparency throughout the process. We commit ourselves to providing our candidates with as much information as possible about the vacant job, its environment and development opportunities so you can have a fair view of what you sign for.
- The right person in the right position. By taking these steps including a personality testing by a specialised office, we guarantee that the job will fit your expectations. In the 6 months following your integration, we will invite you for a follow-up interview prior to your first official evaluation meeting with your department manager.
These procedures will help us fine-tune your integration.
