Testing


Mission:

Develop tools and test methods for the evaluation of systems to ensure our products meet the highest quality.

In practice:

Analyse specification, create check point sheet
Perform the tests (bench, high load, drive across Europe) to validate against the expected result
Analyse bugs and perform countermeasures with software development team

 
 
 

Procurement


Mission:

Our mission is to contribute to AW profitability and to assure efficient local procurement respecting the project parameters.

Concretely:

Be the key interface between European suppliers/strategic partners and the AW organization
Sourcing and contracting the best possible suppliers in order to achieve the company targets (Profit, capacity, supply, agreements)
On time execution of purchasing milestones (PCN, samples, Certifications)

Production


Mission:

Our mission is to assure the European VIT & ATCU production and deliveries with the best quality & efficiency level

Prepare and validate the production & test process for new products
Assure the production & deliveries in the right quantity and quality
Assure the After sales production and remanufacturing activity

Coordinate the actions with Aisin AW, customers and suppliers and realize projects according to the committed timing, specification, quality and cost.

Estimate planning and budget and initiate corrective actions
in case of deviation.
Report progress of the project to AW internally and customers management.
